Find published Swachhta profiles
Open the Customer app to search the profiles Swachhta has published or inspect a physical Seal.
Search the published directory
The Customer app provides search, profile detail, and physical Seal lookup. Sign in or create an account to save a profile; only records that have been published through the governance boundary appear in the directory.
If no profile is published yet, the app explains that state rather than showing a placeholder result. Map and distance features remain subject to the relevant location and provider approvals.
A published profile keeps three boundaries clear
Published facts
The profile identifies the public name, location, listed level, validity when available, and the stated limitations.
Private evidence stays private
The public route reads only the approved profile projection. It does not expose audit material, private documents, or unlisted claims.
Community observations
Community observations are separate from a published profile and are never presented as certification by themselves.
